Maintenance and Repair Updates:

1. Changed engine oil - Petron Rallye Semi Synthetic 10W-40

2. Tested the Osaka EO-502 oil filter

3. Installed Borg Warner air filters

4. Overhauled rear wheel cylinders - new Seiken wheel caps and calibrated rear brake adjusters

5. Changed transmission oil - Castrol EP 80W-90 Gear Oil 2.5L

6. Adjusted clutch slave and clutch pedal

7. Stripped door linings and door handles and installed polycarbonate door cover

Overhauled rear brake drums and replaced wheel caps

The leaking rear wheel cylinder (both sides were leaking).

The right brake drum wheel cylinder's piston froze and had to be bored with 1000 sandpaper.

Some fine tuning :) Brake pads are finally aligned.

Successfully tested the Osaka EO-502 oil filter on the R16 engine, maintained good oil pressure at idle and high RPM.

Installed the Borg Warner twin carb air filters. Looks great as well!

Package included all the installation accessories and was pretty straightforward in assembly and installation.

2" foam air filter was already included in the kit.

Cleaned up the oil filter cover.

Cleaned up the oil filter assembly.

Drain tube and assembly still in good condition and just needed cleaning with brake cleaner. Installation was successful with no leaks so far.
